These terms govern your use of Liora Joz (liorajoz.shop) and your purchase of our digital products. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Digital products
Liora Joz sells digital downloads — Lightroom presets, planners, templates, wallpapers and lookbooks. Nothing is physically shipped; everything is delivered electronically.
2. Ordering & payment
To order, you request a secure payment link by email. Once that link is paid, we deliver your download links to the email address you provide.
Prices are listed in US dollars. You are responsible for any bank or currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
3. Taxes
Depending on your location and ours, sales tax, VAT or GST may apply to your purchase. Because orders are fulfilled directly (not through a merchant-of-record marketplace), any applicable tax collection and remittance is handled by us where required. Contact us if you need a tax invoice.
4. Licence
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own personal and commercial content (e.g. your own social media, photography and brand).
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or repackage the files, in whole or in part, or claim them as your own product.
5. Intellectual property
All files, designs, names and marks remain the property of Liora Joz. The licence above does not transfer ownership.
6. Liability
Products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
