Refund Policy

Because our products are instant-access digital downloads, please read this before you buy.
1. All sales are final
Once your download links have been delivered, the purchase is considered complete and is non-refundable. This is standard for digital goods, which cannot be returned once accessed.
2. If something is wrong
If a file is corrupted, won't download, or won't install correctly, we want to fix it. Email us within 14 days of purchase with a description (and a screenshot if you can) and we'll repair the file or, if we can't, make it right.
3. Before you buy
Please check that your device supports the formats listed on each product page (for presets, the free Lightroom Mobile app or Lightroom on desktop). Reach out with any questions before purchasing — we're happy to help.
4. Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without giving us a chance to help may result in losing access to your downloads and future purchases.
